Oliver Venno

Oliver Venno (born 23 May 1990 in Tartu) is an Estonian volleyball and beach volleyball player.

Career

Venno began in 2000 his volleyball career because his parents the sport also practiced. From 2006 to 2009 he played in his hometown at Tartu Pere body. In addition to three national runner-up, he won the Estonian Cup with the club in 2008. In the 2009/10 season he made with ACH Volley Bled not only the Slovenian Double, but also reached the Final Four of the Champions League. Then the diagonal attacker moved to VfB Friedrichshafen and also became German champion. With the Estonian national team, he participated in the European Championships 2009 in Turkey and 2011 in Austria and the Czech Republic.

At a young age Venno was also successful as a beach volleyball player. With his partner Kristo Kollo he was 2007 U18 European Championship and a year later the duo even won the U19 World Cup.
