Olivier Gourmet
Olivier Gourmet ( born July 22, 1963 in Namur, Belgium) is a Belgian actor.
Biography
Olivier Gourmet studied acting at the Conservatoire Royal in Liège. During this time he learned the two Belgian filmmakers Jean -Pierre and Luc Dardenne and know. He first played for them in their drama released in 1996, The promise on the side of Jérémie Renier and Assita Ouedraogo with. He also appeared later, among others, in The Son, The Child, The Silence of Lorna, and lastly in The Kid with a Bike. For his performance in The Son, he was nominated as Best Actor for the European Film Award for Best Actor for his performance and in the riser for the French César Film Awards 2002.
