Ollndorf is a district of the municipality Niendorf in the western part of the North West in Mecklenburg -Vorpommern.

Geography

Ollndorf located south of the community around six kilometers southwest of Schoenberg and 15 kilometers southeast of the Lübeck city center. The site slopes from about 30 to 15 m above sea level. NHN to 500 meters east of the residential development flowing from Maurine.

History

Ollndorf is first mentioned in 1194 as Bistenowe records in Isfriedschen sharing agreement, later called Oldendorf.

On 1 July 1950, the municipalities Niendorf, Bechelsdorf, Small Siemz, Ollndorf and Törpt were merged to the municipality Niendorf.

Infrastructure

About 350 meters west of the town runs the country road one by Schoenberg to the land frontier near Ratzeburg. The Luedersdorf connection of the Federal Highway 20 is within six kilometers. Rail connection along the route Lübeck- Bad Little is to Schoenberg and Luedersdorf. Buses establish connections among other Schoenberg.

Personalities

From Ollndorf the peasant poet William bathing originated ( 1841-1928 ). He dedicated the temporary Ollndorfer Schultzen Franz Maass (* 1774), which was called "Kate Schult ," the poem De Ohle Kate Schult.
