Ömerli ( kurd. Amara ) is a village in the district of the Turkish province of Şanlıurfa Halfeti. Ömerli located in Southeastern Anatolia, approximately 19 km northeast of Halfeti.

1985 lived 655 people in Ömerli. 2009, the village of 582 inhabitants.

Ömerli is the birthplace of Abdullah Ocalan. Regularly there will be demonstrations by supporters of the PKK on the occasion of his birthday.
