Onyekachi Apam
Onyekachi Apam ( born December 30, 1986 in Aba ) is a Nigerian football player. Since 2010 he plays in the French first division side Stade Rennes.
Club career
Onyekachi Apam played in his youth for Rangers International, one of the most famous clubs in his home country Nigeria. In early 2006, he joined initially on loan to Europe for French Ligue 1 club OGC Nice. For the season 2007/ 08, the French undertook the defender final. In July 2010, the defender moved on to league rivals Stade Rennes and thus followed Frédéric Antonetti, who had made him at Nice -team regular. Only one and a half years later made his debut for his new club a long time due to a knee injury precipitating Apam. By the end of the season he made with Jean- Armel Kana - Biyik usually the Innenverteidigerduo and thus replaced the set up to that squad Mangane.
National
In 2008 he graduated at the age of 21 years, his first cap for the Nigerian national football team at the African Cup. He also belonged to the squad of his country at the Summer Olympics 2008., Where he won the silver medal with Nigeria. In the African Cup of 2010 in Angola Apam failed with his team in the semifinals of Ghana.
