OpenNet Initiative

The OpenNet Initiative is a project whose goal is to monitor and filter Internet online searches by governments and to report it. Participating institutions are the Citizen Lab at the Munk Centre for International Studies, University of Toronto; the Berkman Center for Internet & Society at Harvard University; and the SecDev Group ( Ottawa ).
