Open Skills is a worldwide non-profit organization that operates a rating based on HR-XML platform, the skills base for curricula vitae.

HR-XML Resumes can be written in a web interface imported into the base or skill. These can then be re-exported in the same format and be searched.

The skill base can be searched for free.
