Oscar Niemeyer International Cultural Centre

The Centro Niemeyer is an international cultural center in Aviles on Spain's Atlantic coast. It was designed by the Brazilian architect Oscar Niemeyer Star. Conflicts and difficulties

In October 2011, the cultural activities were discontinued. But the center was still open to the public.
