Oskari Friman

Oskar David " Oskari " Friman ( born January 27, 1893 in Vahviala, East Karelia, † October 19, 1933 in Voikkaa ) was a Finnish wrestler.

Oskari Friman comes from East Karelia and wrestled until 1916 for Voikkaan Viesti, later for the club Viipurin Voimailijat. His greatest success was the Olympic gold medals in Antwerp in 1920 and Paris in 1924. Friman died at the age of 40 years in October 1933.
