Oskarström

Oskarström is a town in the municipality of Halmstad in the province of Halland County, Sweden. Located on the Nissan River and about 15 km north-east of Halmstad is Oskarström with 4011 inhabitants, the second largest town in the municipality. Your name goes back to Oscar Björkman from Gothenburg, who in 1844 bought the land and erected a sawmill.

The town has a station on the railway line Halmstad Nässjö.
