Osun-Osogbo

The Sacred Grove of Osun goddess, just outside the city of Oshogbo in Nigeria. He is considered the home of Oshogbos protective deity Oshun and in fact comprises several trees, each individual deities of the Yoruba are consecrated. Wenger came in 1959 after Oshogbo and began with her husband Ulli Beier and the Yoruba playwrights Duro Ladipo with the construction of an artist and theater group.
