Otar Chisaneischwili (Georgian ოთარ ხიზანეიშვილი; born September 26, 1981 in Tbilisi, English transcription: Otar Khizaneishvili ) is a Georgian football player.

From 1999 to 2007 the defender completed 20 games for the national team of Georgia.

At the beginning of 2005 he moved to Bundesliga side SC Freiburg. There he was to strengthen the defense, however, a torn ACL moved to the World Cup qualifier against Turkey. So he came only eight appearances for Freiburg and got off at the end of the season. In the second division succeeded Chisaneischwili in the following years is not enough to win a regular place. In summer 2008, he moved free transfer to FC Augsburg. In his first season he played there 5 times, then put him back a cruciate ligament injury extended period out of action.
