The Turkish motorway otoyol 30 ( Turkish İzmir Çevre Otoyolu, short O -30 ) is a partial beltway around İzmir. The highway surrounds the coastal town about halfway. It begins in the northern part and ends just before the coast. It was largely built on stilts and in tunnels and is therefore an expensive building. For the motorway no toll is charged.

The majority of both sides dual carriageway was built between 1993 and 1998, in 2006 it was expanded to the present state.
