The otoyol Highway 32 ( Turkish İzmir - Çeşme Otoyolu, short O -32) connects the cities of Izmir and Cesme in Turkey. Eleven kilometers of highway are expanded on both sides two lanes, three lanes on both sides 68. At the connection points Urla, Karaburun and Alaçatı lead feeder road with two lanes in each direction.

In 1993, the first part between İzmir and Karaburun was opened until 1995, the highway was extended until Zeytinler. 1996, the work was completed with the construction to Çeşme.
