The Ottauquechee River is a left tributary of the Connecticut River in the U.S. state of Vermont.

The Ottauquechee River rises in the Green Mountains. It flows past in a predominantly easterly direction to Woodstock and Quechee. U.S. Highway 4 runs along its middle reaches. The North Branch Ottauquechee River empties into the left side of the river. The Ottauquechee River flows through the Gorge Quechee Gorge. U.S. Highway 4 at this point leads over the Quechee Gorge Bridge. Further downstream near the mouth is dammed the Ottauquechee River from North Hartland Dam to North Hartland Lake. Finally, the Ottauquechee River flows near North Hartland, approximately 6 km south of White River Junction, in the Connecticut River. The Ottauquechee River has a length of 67 km. It drains an area of 571 km ².
