Ottendorf, Schleswig-Holstein

Ottendorf is a municipality in the district of Rendsburg -Eckernförde in Schleswig -Holstein.

Geography and transport

The municipality is located a few kilometers west of the state capital Kiel and is connected via the bus 640 to the city of Kiel.

History

Ottendorf was first documented in 1270. The name means " village of Otto".

Policy

Of the eleven seats in the municipal council, the CDU has been the municipal election 2008, five seats, the voter community KWG has four and the SPD two seats.

Economy
