Otto Aulie

Otto Wilhelm Aulie (born 27 September 1894 in Tønsberg, † February 9, 1923 in Skien ) was a Norwegian footballer.

Career

Association

Aulie was from 1909 to 1918 for Odd Grenland and 1919-1921 for Lyn Oslo active. With Odd Grenland he won in 1913 and 1915, the Norwegian Football Cup.

National

Between 1913 and 1921 he played 28 internationals for Norway, where he remained without a goal. On 16 June 1918 he was in the team, the first victory of Norway succeeded in an official international match in a 3-1 win against Denmark.

At the Olympic football tournament in 1920 in Antwerp he was in the Norwegian squad and was in all three matches against Great Britain ( 3-1 ), Czechoslovakia ( 0-4 ) and Italy ( 1:2 aet) used.

Death

Otto Aulie died at the age of 28 years at a meningitis.
