Oulunkylä ( swedish Åggelby ) is a district ( kaupunginosa ) in the north of the Finnish capital Helsinki. Subordinate to the district are the subregions Pirkkola, Maunula, Metsälä, Patola, Veräjämäki, Maunulanpuisto and Veräjälaakso. The statistical municipality ( peruspiiri ) Oulunkylä consists of the sub-regions Patola, Veräjämäki and Veräjälaakso while the other sub-regions form the Municipality Maunula.

Clockwise Oulunkylä adjacent to the other neighborhoods Pakila, Pukinmäki, Malmi, Viikki, Koskela, Käpylä, Pasila, Haaga and Kaarela.
