Paasaal (also Pasaale, Funsile, South Sisaala, Pasaale Sisalla ) is the language of the ethnic group of the Pasaal in Ghana with no more than 36,000 speakers (2003 GILLBT ) in the Upper West Region, 80 km south of Tumu, 105 kilometers east of Wa in about 18 villages.

Recognized dialects are Gilbagala and Pasaali.

Gilbagala is the Paasaal closer than the Tumulung Sisaala.
