Pablo Campos

Pablo Campos (center, 2011)

Pablo Campos ( born November 29, 1983 in São Paulo ) is a Brazilian footballer.

Career

Campos played during his college years for the college teams in the Oklahoma Baptist University and Fresno Pacific University. As a player of the Fresno University, he was elected to the All-American team in the NAIA in 2007. 2007 changed the striker to Fresno Fuego in the Premier Development League. There he became a regular goalscorer and landed with 18 goals this season in 15 games the title of the scorer. In addition, he was elected Most Valuable Player in the league. In his second season he presented his scoring prowess to the test and by the summer he succeeded in ten inserts 14 goals.

Due to the success Campos in the Premier Development League GAIS became aware of the attacker and signed him in July 2008 along with Reuben Ayarna, another player from the U.S. college football. He received a contract until the end of the season at Gothenburg club. He first came in the second team of the club to use, where he took his leave with three goals in six games for senior roles. On 24 September, he was a 0-0 draw against Gefle IF his debut in Allsvenskan. After eight scoreless games, the club decided that the option to contract extension with him and his Brazilian team-mate Matão not to exercise.

Back in the USA Campos signed a contract with Major League Soccer and was raffled among the interested league teams. The lot fell to the San Jose Earthquakes, for which he came to 14 matches, before it was issued against two picks in the upcoming drafts to the league rivals Real Salt Lake. The end of August Campos was named Player of the Week after he in the starting of Salt Lake each scored the 1-0 lead with his first two games. Ultimately, it was a breakthrough in the MLS denied.

Therefore, in the spring of 2011, he joined the North American Soccer League to the Carolina RailHawks FC. He scored 12 goals and was one of the top scorers of the team in the 2011 season.

In February 2012 he transferred within the league to the San Antonio Scorpions.
