Pablo Dorado

Pablo Dorado ( born June 22, 1908 in Montevideo, † November 18, 1978 ) was a Uruguayan football player.

Club career

According to the website of the kicker, he played in his homeland for the seasons 1927-1931 for Bella Vista, and 1932 to 1934 in Argentina for River Plate. There he was in 1932 with his team of Argentine champion. The football internet database "player history" only occupied the years 1928 and 1929 as well as 1932 and 1933 as División club membership at those companies, in the Uruguayan Primera or the top division in Argentina.

National

The striker Dorado was a member of the Uruguayan national team, with which he was able to secure the 1930 World Champion title at the first edition of this tournament at the World Cup. Together with Ernesto Mascheroni he was about the youngest player in the team of Uruguay. In the final against Argentina, which won his team's 4-2, he scored the 1-0 for Uruguay in the 12th minute of the game.
