Pablo Garrido

Pablo Garrido ( born June 22, 1938 in Mexico City ) is a retired Mexican track and field athlete. During the opening ceremony of the Olympic Summer Games in 1968, which took place in his hometown, he said the Olympic oath on behalf of all the athletes.
