Pak Je-ga

Bak Je- ga ( * November 5, 1750, † April 25, 1815, also partly listed as Pak Je- ga) was a Korean politician and economist of the Joseon Dynasty.

Life

He was a neokonfuzianischer and mercantilist philosopher and thinker. After his resignation as a member of Noronpartei ( 노론 ,老 论), he was a member of the Sarim - party Buk- in ( 북인 ,北 人) and. His nickname was Chojung ( 초정 ,楚 亭) or Jungyu ( 정유 ,贞 否) and Wehangdoin ( 위 항도 인 ,苇 杭 道人).
