Pakistan Museum of Natural History

The Pakistan Museum of Natural History is a museum in Islamabad, capital of Pakistan.

The museum was founded in 1976. It is located on the Garden Avenue in the Shakar Parian district and is home to exhibitions and galleries on the ecology, geology and paleontology of Pakistan. About 300,000 objects are located in the museum. It also acts as a research center and works closely with the Lok Virsa Museum together. Maintained it is from the Pakistan Science Foundation, which is under the Ministry of Science and Technology.
