Pál Gábor

Pál Gábor [ pa ː l ː bor ɡa ] (* November 2, 1932 in Budapest, † October 21, 1987 in Rome) was a Hungarian film director.

A graduate of the Budapest theater and film school was a staunch anti-Stalinist and supporters of the Hungarian uprising of 1956, which was freer development only in the liberal climate of the later Kádár era. It was founded in 1979 by its multi-award winning film Angi Vera internationally known ( German Veras education), the Stalinist rituals of criticism and self-criticism and its destructive impact on the lives of people took a bead in an oppressive manner. Gábor was a member of the jury at the Berlin Film Festival (1970) and Venice ( 1986). He died of a heart attack. In the 2006 ruptured discussion about the spying activities of István Szabó Gábor Szabó was called as a concerned of reports.
