PÃ¥l H. Christiansen

Pål H. Christiansen, full first name Pål Herman, ( born September 9, 1958 in Oslo ;) is a Norwegian writer.

Life

Christiansen grew up near Oslo in Blindern / Vinderen. After attending primary school in Vinderen and a comprehensive school in Ungdomsskole he moved in 1974 to the Commercial High School, which he left in 1977. A hereafter begun studying law he broke off and turned after attending a writing course to writing about. In 1989 he debuted with his first novel Harry var ikke ved sine fullerene fem 2007 he published his novel Drømmer om storhet ( The order of the words) in German language. In addition to his literary work he wrote as a freelancer for a trade publication. 2001 Christiansen was awarded the Tides Prize for his work " Humle & Honning ". Christiansen is the owner of the children's book publishing house Forlaget Fabula.

Christiansen lives in Bærum (Norway ), is married and has four children.
