Palacio Rinaldi

The Palacio Rinaldi is a building in the Uruguayan capital of Montevideo.

Built in 1929 the building is located in Plaza Independencia opposite the Palacio Salvo on Avenida 18 de Julio 839-841, which begins between these two buildings and leads from the Plaza to the east. The building is attributed to the Art Deco style and was designed by the architect Albérico Isola and Guillermo Armas. The base of the 30 meter high, ten stories -containing Palacio Rinaldi, which serves as a residential and commercial building, comprising 304 m². In 1997 the building was classified as Bien of Interest Municipal.
