Pali Miska
Pali Miska (* 1931 in Korçë ) is a former Albanian politician of the partia e puNES e Shqipërisë ( PPSh ).
Biography
Miska was initially employed as a party functionary in the business sector and was last in 1966 Director of Fusha - Arezi, the largest Albanian state enterprise for timber production.
In 1970, he was first to the deputies of the National Assembly ( Kuvendi Popullor ) and was chosen this. From the seventh to the end of the eleventh legislature until 1991
In 1971, he became the candidate of the Central Committee ( CC) selected the PPSh and at the same time appointed the First Party Secretary in Puka district in the north of the country.
In September 1975 he was elected to succeed the deposed Koço Theodhosi without prior candidate status directly to the member of the Politburo of the PPSh and also a member of the Central Committee. He held until resolution of the PPSh and the founding of Partia Socialiste e Shqipërisë in June 1991 this function. He was next to Hekuran Jesse Qirjako Mihali and Llambi Gegprifti to a new generation of leaders within the party, which gained influence with the rupture of relations with the People's Republic of China.
At the same time he was appointed as the successor of Theodosi on September 1, 1975 Minister of Industry and Mining in the Government of Prime Minister Mehmet Shehu. As part of a government reshuffle took place on November 13, 1976 his appointment as Deputy Chairman of the Council of Ministers as the successor of Spiro Koleka. He held until November 23, 1982 This function.
On 1 July 1982, the new Prime Minister Adil Carcani called him after a cabinet reshuffle in addition to the energy minister and thus the successor of Prokop Murra, who was defense minister. In this post he remained well until November 23, 1982.
He was subsequently appointed as the successor of Simon Stefani November 22, 1982 to February 19, 1987 Chairman of the National Assembly and thus Parliament President. Following him Petro Dode followed as the new Chairman of the National Assembly. In this capacity he took part in April 1985, the state funeral for the late First Secretary of the PPSh Enver Hoxha.
On February 2, 1989 it summoned Prime Minister Carcani again in his government, in the Miska on 21 February 1991, not only Vice - Prime Minister, Minister of Agriculture, but also now to the end of Çarçanis tenure. In these roles, he followed Besnik Bekteshi and Themie Thomai.
1993 against Miska and nine other former high-ranking officials ( muho Asllani, Besnik Bekteshi, photo Cami, Hajredin Çeliku, Vangjel Çërrava, Lenka Çuko, Qirjako Mihali and Prokop Murra ) brought a charge of enrichment of public money.
