The Palmerston Highway is a highway in the northeast of the Australian state of Queensland. The designated as State Road 25 Highway connects the Bruce Highway ( NA1 ) in Innisfail with the Kennedy Highway ( N1) east of Ravenshoe in the Atherton Tablelands.

The Palmerston Highway forms the southern boundary of Wooroonooran National Park, while the northern border of Japoon National Park. It is 77 km long. South of Milaa Milaa crosses the street to Malaan National Park. This stretch is now called Old Palmerston Highway, as the East Evelyn Road ( S25 ) represents the faster connection of Milaa Milaa to the Kennedy Highway today.

The highest point in the course of the highway is located at 1050 m, the lowest at 11 m. The maximum gradient is more than 15 %.
