The Canaries daffodil ( pancratium canariense ) is a plant from the family of Amaryllis ( Amaryllidaceae ).

Description

The Canaries daffodil is a perennial herbaceous plant that reaches the plant height of 30 to 80 centimeters. The clusters consist of 9 to 16 ( 20 ) flowers. The flowers are pure white. The stamens are almost completely trapped in the corona.

The flowering period extends from September to November.

Occurrence

The species occurs in the Canaries. It grows in shady, moist spots in coastal succulent, sometimes it rises up into the pine forest belt on.
