Paola Cardullo

Paola Cardullo ( born March 18, 1982 in Omegna, Italy) is an Italian volleyball player. She celebrated her biggest success in the 2002 World Cup, when she won the title with the national team and also was a fairest player of the tournament.

Career

Cardullo started her career in 1996 at their home club Pallavollo Omegna in the third-class series B1. Three years later she joined the club Asystel volley, then playing under the name Agil Trecate in the second division ( Serie A2). 2001 succeeded Cardullo with the association of the rise and she was first appointed to the tournament in Montreux in the Italian national team, with which they soon after reached the final of the European Championships in Bulgaria. The following year the Liberation was involved in the World Cup in Germany on the first title of the Italians and was honored as the fairest player of the tournament. The following season, they triumphed with their club, who took in the first division under the name Asystel Novara, in the CEV Cup and Italian Cup in 2004. After re- entry into the European Championship final in 2005 and winning the Top Teams Cup in 2006 she succeeded in 2007, the double success with the national team in the World Cup and the European Championship. In the continental tournament in 2009 succeeded in defending the title, after winning with Novara in the CEV Cup for the third time a title in the European Cup. From 2009 to 2011 she played in MC Carnaghi Villa Cortese and has been here twice Italian Cup Winners' Cup. Since 2011, Cardullo plays for RC Cannes in southern France, with which it was in 2012 French champion and cup winner.
