Paolo Nuzzi

Paolo Nuzzi ( born December 2, 1929 in Naples ) is an Italian film director and screenwriter.

Nuzzi began in film as an assistant to Federico Fellini, whom he accompanied 1954-1960, and turned 1962 episode of Cesare Zavattini film I misteri di Roma. After the documentary Ecco il Finimondo, which was objected by the censor, followed ten years later another intrinsically responsible work, produced by Piero Chiara's novel Il piatto piange, excellent with an Italian Golden Globe Portrait of the province of Piedmont at the time of fascism, and another two years later Giovannino, which was written after a work by Ercole Patti. In addition, under Nuzzis directed produced numerous television credits ( Un mestiere come un altro, L' incidente, I giovedì della Signora Giulia Piccolo bambino and some others ) as well as reports. With Arturo and Marco Zavattini he devoted many years to the work of Cesare Zavattini and published several monographs do so.
