Papyrus 43
(Referred to Gregory- Aland Sigel 43) Papyrus 43 is an early copy of the Greek New Testament. It is a papyrus manuscript of Revelation contains only the verses 2:12-13; 15.8 to 16.2. Using palaeography, it has been dated to the 6th or 7th century.
Description
The Greek text of this codex is a representative of the Alexandrian text-type. Aland placed it in Category II because of his age.
The manuscript is currently housed in the British Library ( Inv. 2241 ) in London.
