Parashkev Hadjiev

Paraschkew Chadschiew Todorov ( born April 14, 1912 in Sofia, † 1992) was a Bulgarian composer.

Chadschiew studied at the National Music Academy " Prof. Pancho Wladigerow " in Sofia at Pancho Wladigerow and Stoyan Stoyanov Georgjew, in Vienna with Joseph Marx and in Berlin with Heinz Tiessen. In 1940 he returned to Sofia, where he taught at his old academy.

He composed seven operas and operettas three, sketches and Little Dance Suite for orchestra, chamber music, piano pieces, stage, radio and film scores, mass choirs and songs.
