Paris 12 Val de Marne University

The University of Paris XII (French Université Paris 12 Val -de- Marne, completely Université Paris -Est Creteil Val -de- Marne) is a university in the Paris area. Its main campus is located in Créteil in the department of Val -de- Marne (Marne Valley), but over time additional sites were added in Sénart, Fontainebleau and Vitry -sur -Seine.

The University of Paris XII was like some others founded the Paris metropolitan area in 1970, to relieve the center universities. They could build on the existing Faculty of Medicine for several years Creteil University and the center Varenne- Saint- Hilaire for Law and Economics.
