Party of Five
Party of Five is an American youth series. The Fox broadcast from September 1994 to May 2000 a total of 142 episodes of the series. The German Air Date took place at RTL and one ORF on March 2, 1996.
Action
The series is about the five siblings Salinger, which are provided by a car accident after the death of their parents on their own. Under these circumstances, they are forced to take responsibility for each other and adapt their lives to the reality. This is very different life plans develop.

The concept for the episode came from the screenwriters Christopher Keyser and Amy Lippman. Jennifer Love Hewitt got in 1999 by the producers of the series, a spin-off in which she takes as Sarah Reeves from San Francisco to New York City, in search of her father and to grow up. The series originally titled Time of Your Life brought it to 19 episodes. In addition to Hewitt Jennifer Garner played with as Romy Sullivan. In Germany, the series ran under the name of New York Life - Finally in life! on ProSieben.
Broadcast
The pilot episode to fifth in life was erstausgestrahlt on 12 September 1994 on Fox. The subsequent first season ended on 15 March 1995.
