Pasi Ikonen

Pasi Icons (born 30 June 1980 Vihanti, Northern Ostrobothnia ) is a Finnish orienteer.

At the 2001 World Championships in Tampere Pasi icons won two medals in the sprint over 2.6 km icons was behind the Swede Jimmy Birklin second. About the middle distance ( 4.1 km and 15 items ) were icons before the Norwegians gates Sandvik and Jørgen Rostrup winner and thus far only won his gold medal at the world championships. In 2003 he was. At the World Championships in Switzerland in fourth on the medium-range In 2007 he won the Finnish team bronze in the relay competition. With the Finnish Stafel he had become 2002 and 2004 European champion. At the World Championships in 2011 in the French Savoie, he finished on the long- distance second place behind Thierry Gueorgiou from France.
