Pasulj

As Pasulj ( Serbian Cyrillic Пасуљ ) is called in Serbian is a traditional dish of haricot beans, root vegetables, garlic and meat. At the end of the whole is rounded off with regional spices, but often only with salt and pepper. The specialty is but common in other countries of Southeast Europe, but is prepared varies from region to region. In Croatia and Bosnia - Herzegovina, Kosovo, the court Grah, Macedonia, and Bulgaria also Grah ( грах ) or Fasul ( фасул ), in parts of Macedonia as " Gra " ( гра ) or " Grav " ( грав ), in Albania, and Macedonia Fasule or Grosha and called in Turkey Kuru Fasülye.
