Pat MacLeod

Patrick L. MacLeod ( born June 15, 1969 in Melfort, Saskatchewan ) is a retired Canadian professional ice hockey player. During his career he played for the Minnesota North Stars, San Jose Sharks and Dallas Stars in the National Hockey League.

Career

MacLeod played for two years from 1987 to 1989 in the Western Hockey League with the Kamloops Blazers. After a good last season, which was rewarded with the appointment to the West Second All-Star team in the league, the Minnesota North Stars the offensive defenseman selected in the NHL Entry Draft in 1989 finally in the fifth round to 87th position.

After an unsuccessful year in Dallas defender moved in the summer of 1996, initially to Europe, where he played in the Swedish Elitserien for Färjestad BK. Back in December of the same year but MacLeod returned back to North America and played until his career end in the summer of 2000 for the Cincinnati Cyclones in the IHL.
