Pat Storey

Pat Storey ( born 1960 in Belfast) is an Anglican bishop of the Church of Ireland.

Life

Storey grew up in Belfast. She studied French and English at Trinity College in Dublin and attended the Church of Ireland Theological College where she studied Anglican theology. In 1997 she was ordained a deacon. In 1998, their ordination. From 2004 to 2013, it was rector of St Augustine's in Londonderry. In September 2013 Storey was elected the successor of Bishop Richard Clarke in the Anglican Diocese of Meath and Kildare. Storey is the first bishop of the Church of Ireland and the first Anglican Bishop of the British Isles. Storey is married and has two children, a son and a daughter. Her husband is also a priest.
