Patbingsu

Patbingsu ( also briefly Bingsu or Bingsoo; Hangeul: 팥빙수 ) is a dessert of Korean cuisine.

Patbingsu consists of Adzukibohnenpaste (Pat ), ice chips and other ingredients such as sweetened condensed milk, fruit syrups, various fruits such as strawberries, kiwis and bananas, small pieces of Tteok (rice cake), Geleestückchen, cereals and cereal powder ( 미숫 가루 ). It is often topped with ice cream or frozen yogurt.
