Paul Carr (actor)

Paul Carr ( born 1 February 1934 in New Orleans, † 17 February 2006 in Los Angeles ) was an American actor.

Paul Carr began his career in 1955. He played until the first half of the 1990s in more than 100 television roles. Mostly he was a guest star in various television series. Probably the most well-known is his role in the pilot, the tip of the iceberg ( Where no man has gone before, in 1966 ) of the science fiction series Star Trek. He had a recurring role, for example in the current many years the soap opera Days of Our Lives.

His career with the movie was rather modest. Here he played in about 20 films, especially in small supporting roles. The best-known films were Raise the Titanic ( Rise the Titanic, 1980) and The Wrong Man ( The Wrong Man, 1956).
