Sentence schema or field schema

Was Diderichsens most important contribution to linguistics be set or box scheme ( sætningsskema or feltskema ), which can describe both the medieval as the modern Scandinavian languages , the syntax and the place in Scandinavia and beyond to the present day application ( the first time in Elementær dansk grammar of 1946, later refined several times ). Could even show that the field schema can also be used for literary purposes Diderichsen.

After this field schema can be a main clause in an apron, a middle and an end panel members. The Central and the final field know each subdivision verb - noun - adverb ( ial ), the finite verb in the midfield and infinitely in the final field as well as the noun in the middle of the subject and in the final field is the object: Advance | | finite verb | subject | adverb A | | Infinites Verb | Object | adverb B

A subordinate clause has the full sequence: Satzeinleiter | | subject | adverb A | finite verb | | Infinites Verb | Object | adverb B

The individual fields may or may not be occupied. The box scheme thus enables the description of sentence structure flexibility by short sentences can be described as variants of long sentences. Examples see the articles that relate to Scandinavian languages , such as Danish language # sentence structure (syntax) and Norwegian Language # set position.
