Paul Götz

Paul Goetz was a German astronomer.

He received his doctorate in 1907 at the Heidelberg State Observatory king chair (Royal Observatory chair ), University of Heidelberg " studies of the Andromeda Nebula ". In 1909 he published a new edition of Sky Atlas Tabulae celestes by Richard Schurig ( 1820-1896 ).

The asteroid ( 2278 ) Götz was named after him.
