Paul James (rugby union)

Paul James ( born May 13, 1982 in Neath, Neath Port Talbot ) is a Welsh rugby union player who is used to the position of the pillar. He is active for the Ospreys.

James began his professional career in 2003 at the Ospreys. In the same year he came to his national team debut against Romania, until today the only international match from him. He was often in the following years in the Welsh squad, but was only a substitute for the regulars. In the club he twice won the Magners League and once the EDF Energy Cup.
