Paul Sébillot

Paul Sebillot ( born February 6, 1843 in Matignon, Côtes- d'Armor, † April 23, 1918 in Paris) was a French narrative researchers, painters and writers.

Life

Sebillot studied as the son of a liberal family doctor first law in Rennes, from 1863 alongside law also painting in Paris. In the 1870s, he participated for the first time in major ( and international ) in some exhibitions. In 1875 he published the pamphlet La République, c'est la tranquillité with a circulation of 60,000 copies. Between 1889 and 1892 he had high positions in the Ministry of Technology, Traffic and Mining ( Ministère des Travaux public) holds.
