Paul Sirba

Paul David Sirba ( born September 2, 1960 in Minneapolis ) is Bishop of Duluth.

Life

Paul David Sirba received on 31 May 1986 the ordination to the priesthood for the Archdiocese of Saint Paul and Minneapolis.

Pope Benedict XVI. appointed him on 15 October 2009 as Bishop of Duluth. The Archbishop of Saint Paul and Minneapolis, John Clayton Nienstedt, donated to him on 14 December of the same year, the episcopal ordination; Co-consecrators were Peter Forsyth Christensen, Bishop of Superior, as well as the Auxiliary Bishop of Saint Paul and Minneapolis, Lee Anthony Piché.
