Pavel Krmaš

Pavel Krmaš ( born March 3, 1980 in Broumov ) is a Czech football player. The 1.93 m wide player is used mostly in defensive midfield or in central defense.

Krmaš learned the game of football in the youth departments of Slovan Broumov ( 1986-91 ), TJ Náchod ( 1991-94 ) and SK Hradec Králové ( 1994-98 ). In 1999, he joined Admira / Slavoj Prague and moved to Sparta Prague in 2001, where he was employed in the B team in the third Czech league. In the season 2002/ 03 Krmaš played at his former youth club SK Hradec Králové before he returned to Sparta Prague. In 2003, Krmaš in the UEFA Champions League on three missions in the group stage and helped his club so that for the last sixteen.

In February 2004 he moved after just three league appearances for Sparta to league rivals FK Teplice and completed by 2007 86 league games for the club. For the season 2007/ 08 Krmaš moved to Germany in the second Bundesliga SC Freiburg to replace the exchanged 1 FC Cologne defender Youssef Mohamad. Krmaš has since been a regular player on the center-back position.
