Pavol Farkaš

Pavol Farkaš ( born March 27, 1985 in Vráble, Czechoslovakia) is a Slovak football player. The center-back has since the summer of 2012 at AC Chievo Verona in the Italian Serie A under contract.

Career

The career of Farkaš began in 2004 with FC Nitra in Slovakia's first league game of the second class of the country. After the rise in the Corgoň league in 2005, he was able to fight for a regular place and achieve a place in the upper middle with his club and moved into the Intertoto Cup in the 2005/06 season.

At the beginning of the 2007 /08 moved to Farkaš giants FC Artmedia Petržalka, arrived there first but hardly to the course. Nevertheless, he won with his team the Slovak Championship and the Slovak Cup. In the following season, the accumulated stakes. During the winter break, he left the club and joined the Romanian club FC Vaslui. In the second half of the season 2009/10 Farkaš lost his place in the team and was henceforth only rarely. In the first round of 2011/12 he returned under Viorel Hizo as a regular force back into the team. According to the vice championship, he moved together with his teammate Paul Papp to AC Chievo Verona in Italy's Serie A.
