PC System Design Guide

A PC System Design Guide is a guide to the interpretation of personal computers.

The company Compaq, Dell, Hewlett -Packard, Intel and Microsoft, written during the year 1997 jointly called Network PC System Design Guidelines. This results in a series of such publications developed under changing participation. They are not to be understood as an initiative of the company, but as their view of the realities of the market.

The publications document the gradual replacement IBM - PC compatible computer as a technical reference and have been using the PC 2001 System Design Guide and complete.
